После продолжительных многосторонних переговоров на двадцать второй день сентября месяца 1315 года подписан "Пакт о ненападении и невмешательстве между Королевством Богемия, Великим Киевским княжеством, Княжеством Валахия и Королевством Венгрия".

The Treaty of Non-Aggression and Non-Interference between The Kingdom of Bohemia, The Grand Principality of Kiev, The Kingdom of Wallachia, The Kingdom of Hungary and The Kingdom of Prussia.
In order to forget old resentments and to establish friendly relations between the Kingdom of Bohemia (Party I) and The Grand Principality of Kiev, The Kingdom of Prussia, The Kingdom of Wallachia and The Kingdom of Hungary (Party II), the following agreement must be reached:
1. The Party II recognizes the right of The Party I over the province of OPAVA.
2. The Party I recognizes the right of The Grand Principality of Kiev over the province SIERADZKO-LECZYCKIE.
3. The Party I guarantees non-participation of its citizens in battles, where they intend to take the side of enemies to Party II and Party II is a one of main sides of the battle.
Citizens of The Party I are free to participate in any battle on behalf of Party II.
4. The Party II guarantees non-participation of its citizens in battles, where they intend to take the side of enemies to Party I and Party I is a one of main sides of the battle.
Citizens of The Party II are free to participate in any battle on behalf of Party I.
5. The Parties in the agreement promise not to set hostile status to each other. Only after mutual consent, the status can be set to hostile.
*Mutual consent for hostile status is a must only between parties in the agreement.
6. Citizens of The Party I and Party II, who violate conditions of sections 3 and 4 will be prosecuted and punished by the law of their country or/and banished. If the perpetrators are carriers of titles or positions in their country, they should be deprived of titles and brought to justice. Exceptions exist for the mercenaries (which is necessary to prove in the court of law) who do not posses royal or noble titles . If a citizen can prove that he/she belongs to the mercenary profession, there will be no penalties for his/her actions under this agreement.
* Mercenaries are considered to be citizens who are fighting on a particular side, motivated by payment and not by ideological or moral obligations.
7. If any of the rulers in the agreement will resign or be overthrown, then the agreement will lose its power. A new agreement must be established in such event.
8. The agreement will be automatically terminated if either party violates section 5 or 6 of the following document.
9. The agreement will be automatically terminated at the expiration of 9 months, after which it can be adjusted and re-signed.
10. If one of the parties will decide to leave the agreement, it must notify other members one month in advance.
