With regards to your previous tickets and the recommendation that you post feedback on the forums I can only assure you that this is the official way we ask players to comment on changes. I appreciate that directing you to the forums may seem like a dismissal of your feedback but this is genuinely not the case. The simple fact is that the majority of the developers dont have access to the ticket system. As such they dont see any feedback that is posted in tickets. If you post on the forums the developers will have access to what you post and allow the community at large to comment as well.
Again, I appreciate this may seem like a dismissal of your feedback but that's genuinely not the case. Many players don't like to post on the forums, partly for some of the reasons you have mentioned. As such we do on occasion take feedback through tickets and pass them on to the developers for their consideration. We dont tend to directly feed back to developers but rather offer a general idea of what feedback we have received.
Concerning the issues you mention on the Russian section of the forums, these would have to be handled by the Community team who moderate the forums. We, Game Masters, do not have any direct jurisdiction over the forums and as such if you encounter hostility on them you will have to report the post for the Community team to review.
We are sorry to hear that any changes to the UI are affecting your ability to play but without feedback submitted to the forums or through the CSM, the developers would be mostly unaware of the problems. I am also sorry if you feel that any of your previous support has been lacking.

Ok. I understand your position. And I hope CCP make UI better soon. Sorry but I can pay for this version of EVE Online. I think my friend think same.
You should know that we talked about health of Russian citizens. CCP sells Eve Online in my country in russian laws. And I can not give you a promise that I will not use it in protection of russian.
