Я так и знал,  еврук,как и странник, всегда выходят победителями, у них нет фейлов, алли мемберы во флотах выполняют все четко, никакая собака не лутает на цепторе пока идет бой, все струляют дружно и по праймари.

Triumvirate is leaving Insmother. From the start of our war we asserted that no one could keep TRI from living in Insmother who was not willing to live there themselves. To that end we looked around the eve community and assessed that, of the nullsec entities who had the capability to evict us, none were likely to do so as they already had their own regions. This calculation was rendered obsolete over the past week after DRF announced they will be permanently moving into Insmother after evicting us. In doing so, DRF has played their final hand by making an unexpected diplomatic move: giving away their home regions to entice Pandemic Horde to formalize standings as the newest member of the DRF B team.The DRF's maneuver to instantly force its member base to care about Insmother was successful and they have begun large-scale sov grinding against us.

It is now clear that we do not have the remaining military might to stop DRF, especially with the support they regularly receive on timers from groups like TEST, so we are going to move on as an alliance instead of banging our heads against the wall for a lost cause. Warran has planned out the next few weeks carefully and will be giving out instructions on how we will extract from our holdings in the near future and regroup. During this reorganization period, the presence of many things we have taken for granted for years such as renter income and safe ratting space will no longer be assured. TRI is nothing if not adaptable, so look for specific guidance coming soon on our plans to to mitigate these negative impacts while we catch our breath and prepare our revenge.
Based on our experiences over the past year, we assess that the majority of EVE nullsec politics can now best be described as a group of mutually supportive understandings and agreements that stretch from the northwest to southeast of the map, with us in the middle. GOTG is friendlyish to NCDOT/PL who is friendly to HORDE who is friendlyish to DRF who is friendly to Legacy who is friendlyish to Provibloc. All parties now have more than ever to lose from a sincere conflict that disrupts business as usual, even to the point that they include deployed rorquals as "structures" that are untouchable by roamers in their diplomatic agreements with each other. Regardless of the rationalizations thrown around by them, the most likely result of this political meta is stagnation of meaningful strategic nullsec pvp that will negatively impact most players in EVE for the foreseeable future.
This outcome is not accidental but is the result of ongoing deliberate choices made by their respective leadership teams for well over a year now. Don't forget that Phoenix Federation was also intended to be part of that wider gentleman's agreement before we destroyed it. I have no issue with coalitions looking out for their own strategic interests diplomatically. However this is a video game. Although Western Europe hasn't gone to war with itself in in the past 70 years, there are way more fun video games set during World War II than there are detailing the inner workings of the United Nations General Assembly. EVE is going to be a much more boring place for the members of those groups in the future because their leadership will be limited to phony wars and "content deployments" that fizzle out because they never quite turn out as fun as they initially claimed.
We fought hard in our latest war for the better part of a year without pause and satisfied our debt of honor to continue fighting against every odd stacked against us. The EVE community saw what TRI is capable of--but it is time to try something new and fresh. So what is next for TRI?
Our first and overriding priority is to transition from a sov holding alliance with the burden of defending Insmother to a group that is, by necessity, more flexible and mobile than we have been in in recent years. Eventually we may choose to take new sov again, but that is a question for a future time. Instructions will be coming shortly to facilitate the safe movement of our personnel and assets to our next staging and other admin tasks.
Secondly, we need to take this chance to regroup. Highest on our priority list is to consolidate and grow our EU TZ FCs to get us back on the path to success and round the clock pvp fun. We have a lot of promising skirmish fcs so rounding out our skyteam with fresh blood is one of the single most important things we can do as an alliance. I understand that EU TZ fleet activity is a common complaint across the alliance right now, so I would humbly ask for your patience because we have identified the problem and now finally have some breathing room to fix it. Other efforts during the regrouping phase will involve taking a hard look at our finances, standings, doctrines, internal organization, etc and look for areas where we can streamline things to be more efficient and build redundancy into the leadership team to ensure TRI is sustainable in the long run as a PVP home for us all.
TRI will be committing itself to a permanent campaign of revenge against all the groups that went out of their way to to kick us while we were down. Anyone who thinks that TRI losing Insmother suddenly means we are no longer the same TRI that regularly deployed 300+ capitals for CTA timers or unleashed the wolfpacks to finish Phoenix Fed is going to be in for a rude awakening. With no major holdings to anchor us down and now a very, very clear understanding of who our enemies are, I foresee a bloody future of endless war for us against whoever we want, when we want. TRI has a very long enemies list...who will the wolf packs visit first?
Diplomatically we will continue to support those who helped us during our war, including FRT, LUMPY and RMC. It is likely that Legacy or DRF will turn on them next and we will be prepared to render assistance as we can.So in the mean time, we are counting on all our FCs to start finding fun ways to get kills and more experience while we regroup. We will be moving imminently to a location with ample PVP for all play styles and I really want to see our most motivated FCs coming into their own so we can get you on the skyteam ASAP and prepare for our revenge spree. I recommend guerrilla harassment of our soon-to-be-former sov in Insmother to make life a living hell for all the DRF casuals that think ratting space in Insmother is just as AFK safe as it is up in that blue donut up north. BLOPs, camps, hotdrops, sov harassment, citadel bashing, whatever it is you guys want to do, you are empowered to do it.

Please be on the lookout tomorrow for posted instructions for move ops to our new home. It will be focused first and foremost on actual content, something that we have not had for awhile. It will also be focused on helping our phenomenal allies defend and fight against the RMT blob that pushed us out. The war over the past few months has been rough on everyone, to say the least. I understand this, as does Sahriah and Garst and everyone else that has helped run this alliance through a hell of a campaign. We unblued the DRF for a reason; The pursuit of content and for the welfare of both our alliance as well as the game. That intent has not changed, and it will never change for TRI. Fun times are finally around the corner for us, for members of this alliance and for the fantastic FCs that have sacrificed real life time to defend our space against overwhelming odds. It is finally time we take a breath of relief and focus on what we all love: Fragging spaceships. We can do that going forward knowing that we fought a hell of a fight. We can also move forward knowing we have something that can never be taken away from us: The bloody scalp of FCON that hangs on my wall.TRI Supremacy. Long live the Aquila.

Вот это конечно да них долго доходило, сами дали дичам поднять голову, когда вместе с ними воевали против нас 2 года назад, нужно было бить крабов еще тогда, момент упущен, теперь жалуются, что ева заднеприводная и все со всеми плюса, а что он хотел, когда у руля одной из крупнейших коалиций такие чудо дипломаты как дич и карер, которые лучше отдадут родной регион, чем дадут фан себе и врагу.
