Huh? I googled that comment, and it was on a blog that has nothing at all to do with me. If you are going to judge me based on what one random blog says, why shouldn't the rest of the EVE community judge you based on what Fon says?

I came here to reach out to the Russian wormhole community, which is a group that I personally have a lot of respect for. I'm not here to try to apologize for all the nationalistic/racist comments made by both sides. I'm here to convince people that voting for someone who has the same challenges and lifestyle they have is more important than voting for someone who speaks the same language they do.

Well, you see, you dont even notice what I was going on about. Every time BR, AAR mentions "fighting russians" we have a semantic issue at hand. And you keep stepping on the sore toes with the grace of an elephant. That blog was the first I googled up too, and its completely unrelated to you as a person and your in-game representation, but it perfectly illustrates the problem. Its OK to "KILL DAMN RUSSIAN" in "English Community" and AHARM is not an exception to this rule. Truth is its not OK to kill anyone unless its a eve toon. And I hope we both agree on it. A clear statement would certainly swidle opinion in your favor after that stupid mudfight with fon.

PS. Unrelated blog was chosen so that you could read it without any prejustice.
PPS. I tried to point out an issue which was present for quite some time and still causes grief. If you consider it a personal attack, or something that you should be sorry for instead of working towards a fix as a CSM member/corp director by establishing BR writing standards for instance, well. I can only apologise for my failure to get the point across.

Я слышал только 1 аргумент против. Люди буду клонеджампать в дырку, чтобы пару часиков пофармить. Вариация этого - поставят несколько посов и будут прыгать между ними.

насколько я понял, идея в том, чтобы просто менять клона в рорке, а не прыгать в неё (сменить набор импов, например). Т.е. насаммониться на пару часов для ханта снаружи не получится. Меня это вполне устраивает.

Едва ли Тустеп сможет использовать свое положение в цсм, в пользу своей корпорации. Я бы предложил закончить уже педалировать темы расизма/нацизма, а также двойных стандартов. Эти темы ведут нас не в ту сторону.
Я к сожалению до сих пор не увидел предвыборной программы Тустепа, оформленной также как программы других кандидатов, на русском языке. Ей следует быть в заглавном сообщении темы.
Лично мне это мешает определиться с выбором.

I think some of the fault for that lies with the Russian community. If you guys didn't form all Russian corps and alliances, people wouldn't use "Russian" as a shortcut to talking about one of your pilots. I'm still not sure I understand why that phrase bothers you, though. In English, calling someone a Russian doesn't have any negative meaning. If they were calling you "commies" or "russkis" or something, I would understand, but I don't see why that upsets you. Maybe you can explain it?

Yes, this is exactly what we discussed. We just want a way to switch clones (and implants), so you can switch from a Slave set to a Talisman set, for example.

You are right that I don't understand. If I blow up someone's ship, I say that I killed them. If they are in Guillotine Therapy (Rooks and King's French corp), I say that I killed some Frenchmen. If they are in Temnava Legion, I killed some Croatians. Saying that I killed some Russians doesn't mean I *actually* killed them, and it doesn't even mean I dislike them.

Is it the "killed" part you don't like? Or is it identifying pilots by their nationality?
