There is a question here Two Step. People want to know why are you here? I mean we are glad to see you here at eve-ru.com, it's really cool to meet english-speaking CSM-candidate at russian-speaking forum, but you are the only one among non-russian candidates who posted here? Do you want to show some respect to russian community with you posts on biggest unofficial russian eve-forum? Do you think that russians are sizeable part of wh-settlers? Or you just need more people who will give you their voices?

Just a couple of words for us please.

I'm here because I want to represent *all* people that live in wormholes, no matter what language they speak. I think that living in a wormhole makes us more alike than not speaking the same language makes us different. I certainly respect the Russian-speaking wormhole community, you guys have kicked my ass enough to earn that. I think you guys are a pretty sizable percentage of the people living in wormholes (perhaps 20%?), and you should not be ignored by the CSM. As we can already see, many good ideas have been originally proposed here, and those ideas should not be ignored because you guys don't have a CSM member listening to you. I should have come to you guys last year, it was a mistake to not be here and talk to you.

Of course, I do need your votes as well, I am not just here to chat.

twostep, what do you think about idea of small K-space (or some kind of K-space) constellations, where will not be able to build supercaps and stations, which will be available only throw wormholes.

I've actually already proposed that to CCP Soundwave. I'd love to see 0.0 constellations, some within cyno range of existing space, some not, some within cyno range of each other, some not. I think that would make for some interesting interactions, especially if they only connected to high class wormholes. If they had some unique resources that were needed to build something that people wanted.

Twostep, i think points in your list aren't great for me, but are important for big wh alliances, except two - t3 sub swapping and POS passwords. Maybe WH is fine?

The only thing i hope that ccp will re-write POS-aggression mechanics =)

Besides, I want to note your work at CSM6. It was great.

i need things such as:
- more signatures, wormholes etc. we had in last week only 2 gravimetric sites and one anomaly. Same wh was k162 and they collapsed by time.
- POS must be more comfortable. Maybe it need increase of work range?
- mining question. when you want to live in wh you need to build something, but you can't have more miners becouse new gravimetrics will not to appear more. Besides there is a bit of low- and high-sec and a lot of null-sec minerals.
It's not apply to wh only, but only there you can see problems.
- Today you can't fly solo in wh high class. I think i need more small wormholes with mass ca. 2kk kg for only one t3 ship or small magnit\radar sites where i can go in covert ops. Anyway when you don't have a gang you can nothing.
- i want to have 5th t3 subsystems.

Your issues i have too, but it's not very important. We haven't got many capitals, POSes and people.
p.s sorry for by bad english, i'm still learning it.

перечитав ещё раз, все блоги данной кандидатуры в CSM 7, пришёл к выводу.

Данное тело видит в вх только со стороны крупного альянса, который занимается захватом систем, подминанием дыр под себя, полным контролем и введение сдачи в аренду\налооблажение данных систем с карибасов. Т.е. аля нули, хоть и без клайма, но будет всё также решать кол-во мемберов на КТА. Я вообще соло пилот, и покарял вх в одно рыло (в корпе состою для общения), и мне неприятен тот факт, что крупные альянсы в вх, хотят ещё больше развязать себе руки, вытесняя окончательно интузиастов.

p.s. незнаю, у кого как чешится, но меня вполне устраивают вх в том виде, в котором они сейчас есть. Единственное за что поставлю плюс, id сигнатур после дт.

В C6 это правда, но 6-ок то всего чуть больше сотни, а народу в них живёт много, следовательно сигнатуры вычищаются и механизм респа их постоянно распределяет (желание сделать соседям падлу в виде активации тоже не мало даёт : ) ).
Жил какое-то время в 5-ке - там респ реально уныл настолько, что бывает по сигнатуре в неделю респится.

I support the user who wrote about the composition of the gravametrics - you have tons of high-end ore and a tiny amount of low-end ore. Basically the ratio is extremely off in favor of high-end ore. You have to import the low-end minerals to build something substantial.

Так и пятерок гораздо больше чем шестерок. Правда щас может ситуация и поменялась - осьминоге последнее время борзеют :-)

я имел ввиду не количество собственно сиг, а именно их сменяемость. в пятерке респ жутко уныл, например с крусибли не видел ни одной радарки\магнитки. а в соседках всякой фигни и правда слишком много. короче надо что то делать именно с этим.

1) What about in your static? People should not just run sites in their own hole, that is too safe.
2) Yes, that was suggested. The problem is that you need to make sure people cannot do things like store their ship in a SMA from outside the shields
3) I don't mine, but I will bring this up with CCP.
4) I like that wormholes are not a solo activity (at least in higher class wormholes). I would think you would get very bored of scanning if you were solo as well.
5) I'd rather they fix the existing terrible subsystems. For nearly every slot, there is almost always one subsystem that totally sucks.

I don't like it. If people want to fight sleepers, they should have to tank their damage. To me, it seems like an exploit.

yes, high level wh aren't place for solo, but when i'm waiting for gang, i would do something. Besides i can't solo close wormholes.


Therefore, i have now one char in low sec. =)

It was sight from small pve corp, because all our enemies had more people in fleets
