If you are experiencing a "black screen" issue, then try downloading and applying this patch http://ccp.vo.llnwd....517-88737_m.exe to update from Apocrypha 1.2 to a new 1.2.1. We believe this will resolve the issue.
Please note that this patch has not had a lot of testing yet, so I strongly recommend that you make a backup copy of your EVE folder before applying the patch.

я уже боюсь что-то еще ставить, и на офф сайте народ тоже ссытся аля "Who's going first? Cos i'm not!" ))
был чёрный экран...после установки этого усё заработало
