Hello, i am a GM for Perpetuum . I do not know Russian but i was asked to post here anyway. Google translation helped a lot in reading all of your posts.

This game is totally different from EVE, there are features that the DEV's have that players do not right now. You will be able to terraform the environment and make it look however you wish in certain areas.

Also, player vs player is great. You will be able to own player made bases and capture/own terminal and islands. Scamming/Stealing is not handled by the gamemasters. This is an issue for the CEO of the corp only.

The sky is the limit in this game. I find it loads of fun.
