what about 0.0? - same need in goals there imo. now only mass available pvp in 0.0 is cta-sov warfare. this brings whole generation of pilots without skills and knowledge of how to fight in small numbers - leaving them as easy prey to pro-pvp organizations (if they for some reason want to get such experience) and as a result lack of targets. conventional means of forcing people to fight - e.g catch carebear & make him suffer, disrupt logistic routes - are being countered by afk-isk making (moons, planets), closed space sites (wormholes, anomalies, plexes, missions, exploration stuff) and briges. have any thoughts on the matter?
I like a lot of the ideas generated on how to revamp lowsec. The problem is the stakes in 0.0 are so much higher I'm hesitant to advocate for ideas that would radically shift how 0.0 works without some time to see that it's not a broken pile of crap like dominion was. If you fuck up lowsec then you're not losing sov, you're not losing the work that has been accomplished in the past, but if you fuck up 0.0 then whoops you lose all of delve (oops, channeling our own screw ups!).
Yes 0.0 needs the same attention. Absolutely.
i bit complicated and unfair. i'd rather see local after "session change time" - before that time you dont see, you are not seen (but everyone get correct number of people in local). simple and somehow tied to current game mechanics.
Delayed or removed local reporting gives a massive advantage to roaming gankers. I'm not opposed to the idea of an alternative to local that changes the dynamic but I haven't seen one that functions in a way that is fair.
We're not going to agree on every topic granted but I want to see all of your argument on the subject. If I make it as your advocate, with or without your vote, I want to make sure I've seen every argument and can articulate all sides of this discussion effectively.
As a completely unrelated (related) aside CSM voting has begun!

While I'd prefer you voted for me, I'm one of many great candidates. Make your voice heard and chose a delegate you feel will best represent you.
If you vote for me I promise to continue to stay engaged with the community here (despite the language difficulty

Thank you all.

So you saying that supercaps is destroying the game right ?? Well the BC and BS is destroying the game as well. Reason for it is that, they are way better than rifter, or my favorite vigil. Oh noes, carrier is way better than BS or BC...hmmmmm and rifter is way better than noobship.....Son, just admit, that you are suck at pvp.
Every ship class should have a role in fleet combat. Frigate class, Cruiser class, Destroyer class, Battleship, capital, and supercapital. Every single class should have a necessary role to fill in combat and that this hasn't been addressed by ccp is a shame.
This is one of the key issues I want all your help to get addressed.

Sounds very reasonable, you'll get a couple of my votes.
And you're not denying low-sec is FUBAR atm, which is both great and rare trait for a 0.0 leader.
I hate lowsec. I want to like it, I should like it, in theory it should be a dynamic area that allows all the fun of 0.0 low protection combat without any of the big empire sov warfare, but in reality it stinks.
I want to see goals for lowsec. There has to be a reason for small groups to want to compete over it, but more importantly there needs to be ACHIEVABLE goals for small groups that can't just get stomped on by larger groups.
Will you support radical shifts in game balance like nerfing capital ships into oblivion (by introducing huge upkeeps or w/e), altering local chat both in low and zero-space into delayed mode and so on? Will you try to push massive redesign of rigs, which basically are just extra modules, while originally CCP declared them as a customization tool?
Just how far are you willing you go?
I hate supercaps. If you think Supercaps are great and nothing is wrong with them then don't vote for me, I'm not your candidate. I feel supercaps as they are destroy game balance and are an extreme example of mudflation gone amok (Mudflation)
The idea of upkeep will be a tough sell even though in theory I always felt (and CCP stated) that supercaps are alliance level assets and shouldn't be the providence of solo players. The best way I feel that supercaps can be balanced is to make it so fleets have to be proportional to be effective. You should get no benefit from dropping 20-80 supercaps on somebody's head if you don't have a proportional amount of subcaps backing them up.
On local chat I don't think delaying local chat will help much. This will turn 0.0 into ghost towns instead of a place where combat occurs. You want to see that there is somebody there to fight. I understand the sentiment behind this desire but I don't think it will have a positive effect.
In regards to rigs I rather like how they allow you to customize your ship performance a bit without going full on T3. I'd love to hear your thoughts on why they are messed up however, this is literally the first I've heard of it. (T2 rigs have a bloated cost/usefulness ratio though).
I'd want to see someone daring to keep telling CCP how shy and awkward they are in regards of game balance in general.
I'm polite, I'm a good communicator, but I'm also prepared to be an asshole on behalf of the players to make them see that things need to change. I'm not trying to go there to get a job working for CCP (They pay for shit and who wants to live in Iceland) I'm trying to go there to act as a voice for all of you and fight.
Really good questions and thanks for giving me the opportunity to answer them.
