Sorry for the late reply.  Lead GM Grimmi here.  During our investigations into the issue with EVE client source code being illegally distributed on various torrent sites, we discovered that you were amongst those seeding the stolen code and therefore involved in the distribution of illegally pirated copyrighted software owned by CCP.  Bans were issued to all those found to be involved.

Now, your accounts do not have any prior warnings or such on them so we have now, in good faith, removed the ban and you should be able to resume playing without further problems.  Please be advised though that the slightest indication of any activity that violates our rules and policies will be taken very seriously and acted upon in full accordance with our EULA/TOS.

ага, еще подозрительно, что выходе премиума он у меня вылетал из-за конфликта интернет монитора nod32, пришлось отключать монитор.

уже что то - петицию форварднули выше, но бла-бла-бла, цари очень заняты и это может занять продолжительное время.. даже здесь бюрократия.
