Меня вот вопрос терзает все время. Ведь нельзя же точно определить продаёт/покупает человек или нет. Передача исок между чарами каждый день ведётся. И суммы не мелкие. По каким критериям они выбирают жертву? Понятно, что есть список лиц, переписка. Косвенно это имхо все.
