what about 0.0? - same need in goals there imo. now only mass available pvp in 0.0 is cta-sov warfare. this brings whole generation of pilots without skills and knowledge of how to fight in small numbers - leaving them as easy prey to pro-pvp organizations (if they for some reason want to get such experience) and as a result lack of targets.  conventional means of forcing people to fight - e.g catch carebear & make him suffer, disrupt logistic routes - are being countered by afk-isk making (moons, planets), closed space sites (wormholes, anomalies, plexes, missions, exploration stuff) and briges. have any thoughts on the matter?

I like a lot of the ideas generated on how to revamp lowsec. The problem is the stakes in 0.0 are so much higher I'm hesitant to advocate for ideas that would radically shift how 0.0 works without some time to see that it's not a broken pile of crap like dominion was. If you fuck up lowsec then you're not losing sov, you're not losing the work that has been accomplished in the past, but if you fuck up 0.0 then whoops you lose all of delve (oops, channeling our own screw ups!).

Yes 0.0 needs the same attention. Absolutely.

i bit complicated and unfair.  i'd rather see local after "session change time" - before that time you dont see, you are not seen (but everyone get correct number of people in local). simple and somehow tied to current game mechanics.

Delayed or removed local reporting gives a massive advantage to roaming gankers. I'm not opposed to the idea of an alternative to local that changes the dynamic but I haven't seen one that functions in a way that is fair.

We're not going to agree on every topic granted but I want to see all of your argument on the subject. If I make it as your advocate, with or without your vote, I want to make sure I've seen every argument and can articulate all sides of this discussion effectively.

What is your opinion on coming Incarna expansion and other bullsh uh, 'sci-fi simulator' things like planetary interaction and Dust514?

Fluff that while interesting in an esoteric sense appears to ignore the broken game that they are attempting to paint over. It boggles my mind that they would expend a single man hour working on this when we can all see the core gameplay needs a lot of work. That we keep hearing "Neat, but our production schedule is booked for the next 12-18 months" when real issues get brought up is infuriating.

Maybe once the real issues are taken care of they should spend time painting lipstick on pigs.

This is simply factually inaccurate. Our organization has had members run who have been on the CSM, but we've hardly held any kind of majority. We have learned a lot about how CCP works with the CSM and have learned how little CCP actually listened to the CSM in the past. The last CSM that ran however made great inroads and learned that instead of just presenting ideas which will get shot down by CCP, a much better tactic is to organize and lobby hard which is something I, and my friend The Mittani, both excel at.

Your point about Dominion is interesting because you'd be hard pressed to find an alliance that was hurt more than Goonswarm. The horrible mechanics (that we had no say in implementing, that was ALL CCP) caused us to lose Delve.

I would ask you to judge me as a candidate not as a member of an in game alliance. Yes I'm in Goonswarm and I'm proud of it. We've done a lot of fun things and had a great time playing eve but I'm not running as a 'Goonswarm' delegate, I'm running as an individual candidate who wants to represent you. If you read my platform you can see I'm not happy at all with the way things have developed and I want the opportunity to fight like hell for you to get this changed. We can make them listen to what's wrong and we can force them to focus on the real issues instead of attempting to dazzle us with new character portraits or minor tweaks on the side. That's what I'm trying to bring to the table and if you think the time for minor change is over I could use your support.

а по поводу подробных отчетов - на все вопросы что мне задали в специальном разделе форума, в личке/ингейм/аське или в соответствующем подкасте я ответил.
я понимаю что гастрономические вкусы на отчеты у всех разные, а некоторые так просто гурманы, но если вы хотите таки получить свое эксклюзивное блюдо - стоит как минимум дать знать повару что вы хотите. те кто это простое действо совершил - получили отчет который им был нужен, те кто негодуэ просто так, не нуждаются по сути ни в каких отчетах, так-как их чувствам не нужны причины. Haters gonna hate.
