Please take your time to read this reply carefully and update the petition with the information requested so we may assist you to the best of our ability.
In the last week, numerous hotfixes and updates have been deployed to address the numerous issues we have received reports of within the starbase system. We would very much like your feedback if the issue you are reporting to us in this petition is still an issue for you or if it has been resolved.
If your issue has been successfully resolved through the handling of your petition or through any of the fixes deployed. Then please update the petition and tell us.
If your issue is still at large, then please update this petition and make sure the following information is included in your update if it is not already available in your petition.
1. Short description of the issue at hand.
2. Location of the starbase experiencing the issue. We need the system name, planet and moon the starbase is anchored at.
3. IDs of bug reports you may have submitted if any.
If the issue you are reporting has caused you or your corp loss of structures or other quantifiable assets within the game then please include full details of the loss in question. If you lost starbase structures then please include the timestamp and/or kill mail for each structure lost. Unfortunately, due to limitations with our logging systems we will not be able to provide any compensation for lost fuel, moon materials or stolen structures.
If there is any further information you have available on the issue you are reporting then please include it in your update. If you have any questions regarding this then please do not hesitate to ask.
If none of this applies to your petition then please update it regardless as otherwise the system will automatically close the petition in a few days.
Please note as this is an automated reply there may still be a considerable wait until your petition can be processed by a Game Master.

Да и не ответят, раз столько времени прошло уже. Я заново все отстроил и почти забыл про все это.
